Franco is a qualified Mechanical Engineer, Licensed Builder and Registered Land Agent with over 20 years of experience. He has been the principle driver behind numerous contract negotiations, and has delivered successful multi-million dollar retail and commercial projects. In addition, he has been involved in the concept formulation, direction, project management, strategic planning, land acquisitions, land re-zoning and property management system implementation for such projects requiring a complete understanding of market requirements, current codes, statutory processes and legislation.
